All compensation is subject to validation and approval by American Messaging.

A qualified lead is defined as a new business opportunity not currently under active pursuit by American Messaging, submitted by a Third-Party Partner, and formally validated by American Messaging.

American Messaging reserves the right to reject or disqualify leads that are not new, are already in progress, or do not meet qualification standards.

Lead payment is issued after lead qualification is confirmed (Category 1 compensation).

Closed Lead Payment (Category 2) compensation shall meet all the following qualifications: A qualified lead submitted by the partner is successfully closed, and the customer is fully implemented and live in service. A deal is considered fully implemented after 90 days of active service. Category 2 Compensation eligibility is assessed after this 90-day implementation period.

Program terms, compensation levels, and eligibility requirements may be modified or discontinued at American Messaging’s discretion.
