Upon completing and submitting this form, expect the following process:

1. Provisioning Within the Application:
   • Your account will be provisioned within the application.
2. Activation Notification:
   • Once provisioned, an email and/or SMS text containing an activation link from AMSConnect will be sent to you.
3. Download and Install:
   • Click on the activation link to be redirected to the App Store.
   • Download and install the app onto your device.
4. Login and Get Started:
   • Log in to the app using your credentials.
   • Begin exploring and utilizing the features at your fingertips.
