Service Teams: Ability to opt in and out of on-call or rotating pagers or groups
Status & Coverage: Designate yourself as Available, Busy or Off Duty.
When Busy or Off Duty, select a covering colleague and your pages will automatically forward to them
Read Receipts: See exactly if and when your colleagues read your messages with date and time stamp
Alert Tone Choice & Reminders: Customize the alert tone and message repeat options for each type of message
Silent DND Override: AMS Connect notifications can override a phone’s “Silent” and “Do Not Disturb” settings when the feature is enabled and the end user has allowed Critical Alerts
Pager Following Services (optional): All pager messages are received in AMSConnect whether the app is bundled with a physical pager or set up as standalone with a virtual number
Schedule Sync (optional): Users are automatically opted in/out of Service Teams according to their schedule

Important Notes

Messages will be stored for a maximum of 3 days from date of receipt.
Customers utilizing AMS Page Connect service through this order form will have access to a limited version of the AMS Connect portal.
This service incorporates the AMS PageConnect pricing into the existing messaging service agreement (“Agreement”) between American Messaging Services, LLC and Customers.
All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain as set forth therein unless modified by written document signed by both parties.
