The SMS/RCS service will provide robust text messaging capabilities for non-HIPAA communication workflows within your organization. This optional service will be available to organizations that activate the service and register users within the application.
For communications involving protected health information (PHI), continue using the Secure Messaging or Secure External Messaging tabs available within the AMS Unify portal.
